You can’t beat a brisk ride. The weather here in the South of France is in the mid thirties but I still grabbed my hot-water bottle and a jumper, was the vibration on the video due to the roads or were you shivering ?

Vibration probably due to both options. Easy just wear everything to keep warm.

Yes they were steam vents, very observant. Have not tried the hot springs yet.
